Track/ Cross Country Running sessions

WHEN: Tuesday evenings 5:30 p.m.

WHERE:  OLD BMLSS (high school) track off Wellington Street in Bracebridge.

WHAT: Running Technique, Drills and Coached sessions of High intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Interval Training and Hill repeats.  A great session to work on your running strength and speed!

 

Group Rides

WHEN: Sunday 8:00 a.m.  Starting May 1st

WHERE: Leave from the Bracebridge Sportsplex.

WHAT:  Nice Easy social endurance ride.  All levels welcome to ride as a group on a looped course around Windermere.  Great quiet country roads!
