Roll from Trysport Every Saturday

There are two rides:

7:00 Endurance Ride 40-55km
Same as in previous years

7:30 New Skills Ride 20-30km
This will be a ride of about 10km to a fixed destination where there will be a 1 hour session where skills will be taught.

Both groups will meet up in the last 10km for the ride back.

Refreshments will be served at Trysport post-ride!

We are a triathlon club based in Parry Sound, Ontario formed in 2007 to encourage participation in triathlon and physical activity.
